Shipping and Processing Time
Shipping time is an estimate of when the item will arrive after it leaves our warehouse, it is not a guarantee. Once your order is out the door and in the hands of the shipper, we unfortunately have no control over what happens at USPS or FedEx or UPS.
If your package was damaged in transit, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and tell us how much product was damaged and we will determine if the product can be replaced.
