Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Cranberry Sauce

The perfect pairing for your cranberry spice cocktails is a buttermilk panna cotta with a cranberry sauce. The tang and creaminess of the panna cotta with the tart cocktail makes a pretty dreamy dessert. 🍮 🍮 🍮
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp cold water
1 3/4 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 package frozen cranberries
1 tbsp Cranberry Spice Syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
1: Sprinkle gelatin over 3 tablespoons cold water in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes to dissolve. Stir at 2 minutes

2: combine heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a small saucepan over medium, and cook, whisking often, until sugar dissolves and mixture is hot but not boiling about, -about 4 to a 5 minutes. Remove from heat

3 Whisk gelatin mixture into cream mixture until fully dissolved. Pour mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer. Pour mixture evenly into 6 straight-sided glasses. Chill, uncovered, until set, at least 8 hours

4: in a saucepan place cranberry’s, cranberry syrup and orange juice. Heat over medium for about ten minutes until cranberries start to pop. Remove from heat. Smash mixture with a fork and let cool in the refrigerator.

5: Dip bottom half of cups in hot water for 10 seconds. Invert panna cotta onto plate and serve with cranberry sauce and serve with a frosty cranberry cocktails. 😋
