Bramble Patch:
✨2oz aged rum @donpaparum 7yr.
✨.75oz black currant liqueur @warwickvalleywinerydistillery
✨.5oz fresh squeezed lime juice
✨.25oz cardamom clove syrup
✨.25oz cinnamon syrup (homemade)
✨handful of wild blackberries, wine berries, and red currants
✨Meyer lemon soda to top
Garnish: more berries, mint sprig
In a shaker, muddle berries with syrup and lime juice. Add all but soda and shake well with ice. Fine strain over fresh pebble ice and top with soda, garnish, and enjoy!
